Welcome to The Furr Seasons! We’re committed to delivering your pet products as quickly and safely as possible, so you and your furry friends can enjoy them in no time. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping:
Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days
Rate: Free on orders over $50, or $5.99 for orders under $50 -
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
Rate: $15.99 -
Express Shipping:
Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days
Rate: $19.99
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly from your Shopify account by logging in and going to the “Order” section.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.

We are unable to ship hazardous materials such as pet medications, certain toys, and specialty items. If your order contains restricted items, we’ll notify you directly.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our customer support team at support@thefurrseasons.com. We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue. Note: We cannot take responsibility for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any items in your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Kindly provide photos of the damage so we can assist you efficiently.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on some items. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.
